By using AI Eulogy Writer at https://heartfelteulogy.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

AI Eulogy Writer uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized eulogy text based on information you provide. The service includes a free preview of the first three paragraphs and a paid option to unlock the complete eulogy and download a formatted PDF.

3. Payment

  • The full eulogy and PDF are available for a one-time payment of $29 (plus applicable taxes).
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
  • There is no subscription. You are charged once per eulogy unlocked.

4. Refund policy

We offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if the eulogy does not feel right to you — no questions asked. To request a refund, email hello@heartfelteulogy.com with your order details. Refunds after 24 hours are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Your content

You retain full ownership of the memories and personal information you provide, and of the eulogy generated from them. You may use, edit, print, and deliver the eulogy freely. We do not claim any rights to the generated content.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls.
  • Resell or redistribute generated eulogies as a commercial service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.

7. Disclaimer

The eulogy generated is produced by AI based on the information you provide. While we strive for quality and personalization, we cannot guarantee that the output will meet every expectation. The generated text is a starting point — you are encouraged to edit it to best reflect your loved one. AI Eulogy Writer is not a substitute for professional grief counseling or legal advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Eulogy Writer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
